On this week’s episode the Dudes, John and Luke are joined by special guest Sam or as he is known on Twitter, Nostr, and Discord, AR10Jeebus. Sam gets into his history and talks about his 3D printing and machining expertise. In current events, the guys start out by talking about Hollywood and homelessness. Elon sorta wins a fight against censorship, but not completely. Texas pardons the Uber driver for self defense. The Slovakian Prime Minister should maybe look for new body guards.
This week on John Down Under, John talks about the prison continent of Australia and the crimes that could send you there. On not Dave’s History Class, Luke and Sam educate John a little about the Toledo War between Michigan and Ohio that resulted in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Even our guest have a segment. Sam talks about how much more of a positive influence Youtube has had for firearms rights than the NRA. This week on Luke’s Farm/Garden and Prepping, Luke rants about “survival experts” on reality shows doing stupid things. The Herb of the Week is chamomile and Luke talks about the benefits of it.
For a new segment where the Dudes recommend a product that they use and could benefit listeners, Luke recommends Wyze surveillance cameras. Luke uses Wyze cameras around his property because the are effect, a good price (starting around $30), and do not require subscription or third-party monitoring. The only negative that he has about them, is that you can only view the cameras through the Wyze app on your phone or tablet. The do have a subscription service available through their app and website that allows third-party AI monitoring and also gives access to cloud storage of video and pictures if you like. Those that don’t want corporate spying though can opt for installing micro SD cards in any camera that you want to store video and all you have to do is access the memory through the app. Luke has multiple models of their cameras around his property including the new V4 which he uses for a “birdcam” because he’s old. You can get their products through their website or through *Amazon.
