Thyme For The Circus

Welcome to another Those 3 Dudes episode. This week your hosts are John, Luke, and Sam. The Dudes start with Julian Assange’s plea deal with the US government. Then news that everyone already knew, a congressional report that the CIA interfered with the 2020 election. The FBI is as usual dragging their feet on a FOIA request for twenty years. Will legacy social media allow the government to dictate what can be posted on their platforms? The US Supreme Court overturns the Chevron decision. Of course the Dudes have to talk about the circus of the election year.

This week on John Down Under, John talks about the Black Box of the transportation world and its Aussie origins. Luke talks about knowing how to use the components of your first aid kit, and not having components that you don’t know how to use, putting together first aid kits, and learning first aid along with his EDC on Luke’s Farm/Garden and Prepping segment. On Sam’s Technology 101 class segment, Sam talks about the differences in 3D printing material. The Herb of the Week is *thyme which historically has been used for its antibiotic, antifungal, antiviral, and antioxidant properties to fight infections externally and internally.

This week’s product recommendation is the Code 118 Wallet. Luke has been using his Code 118 wallet for almost a year. It is an affordable minimalist wallet that has a lot of room for expansion which is one reason he prefers it. The actual wallet portion that holds your cards is RFID proof and a trigger on the bottom of the wallet pushes the ends of your cards out in a cascade fashion to help you choose the card you need. Luke actually has the leather sleeve expansion on his which includes two extra pockets that is supposed to hold an extra 1-4 cards which he actually uses to store his required documents for his career. It uses an elastic band style money holder that Luke says has not lost its elasticity or stretched at all in all the use it has had.
